Look at me I am one month old!

Okay . . . he is not a month old any more, more like a month and two weeks but we've been busy! Jensen weighed in at 9 lbs and 21 inches at his one month check-up. He loves the milk what can I say!

Things I am learning to do:
Grab my mamma's hair and people's fingers.
Starting to hold my head up all by myself.
Smiling at who is holding me - not gas dad!

Things I like to do:
Watching baseball and basketball with my dad.
Messing my diaper just minutes after mom changes me.
Getting my diaper changed by my dad - he is creative and puts it on backwards!
Go for walks with my friend Ellie.

Things I hate to do:
Getting woke up from a really good nap.
The doctor's office - mom hates this one too!
Getting a bath but I am starting to like it a little bit.

Jensen's Big Day

Jensen had a big day on Sunday, it was his blessing day. He was blessed at church by his father over Memorial Day weekend. We picked this weekend so we could beat the heat in Las Vegas. Jensen was dressed so handsomely (is that a word?) in his white outfit given to him by his Grandma and Grandpa Knudsen.

The day turned out perfect!

We were worried Jensen would pee in his outfit before he got blessed (we put two diapers on him to avoid this accident) but he didn't.

We thought he might let out a big naah cry but he slept through the blessing.

We heard it might rain but it was perfect weather.

The food turned out yummy thanks to Sharon and Jerry!

I'm Here!

Quincy and I can't believe that we are parents. I think it hits us the most when the Little Man is whimpering in the night wanting some of that good milk. That's when I get up to feed him and Quincy just rolls over to make sure that I am taking care of it. We are both so use to getting our sleep that this is very unfamiliar territory for us. We are so glad to have him here. He is the best little baby that we could ask for. This picture was taken of Jensen at one week old.
