Lucy 4 and a Half

This is all about Lucy at 4 and a half years old.
In no particular order.

Lucy got her first love note from a boy in her preschool class. They have been fun to watch this past school year. Lucy would always say "Hi Wyatt" and he would just look the other way. This past week his mom told me that Wyatt had confessed his love for Lucy to her. We both laugh since we both can't believe they are only four and already writing love notes. He is pretty cute though. Maybe in 12 more years you can send him a love note back.

Lucy is all girl. She loves jewelry and is starting to think about earrings. We went to church this past week and she showed up with these jewel stickers on her ears. She did this all by herself. She didn't act too excited though when we were at the store to get them pierced. I don't want to push it until she is ready.

She is always making funny faces. She taught herself to do selfies on all of our electronic devices. Both Quincy and I spend time weekly deleting these snapshots.

Lucy has grown to love her preschool class. She really missed her class and teacher from last year but she really enjoys going and has made some new friends. She cracks Quincy up with her backpack or suitcase as she calls it. She wheels it through the halls and into class with her little strut.

Lucy is a Jimmy Fallon fan. Jensen and her act out some of the skits that he has done such as Tight Pants and Africa/Toto camping skit. One time Jimmy played War but with water. Quincy thought this would be a great FHE activity. The kids loved it. She enjoys playing any game.

Lucy is my shopping partner. I always drag her out of the house to go shopping with me. We went to Albertsons one afternoon and she saw little shopping carts that said Future Shoppers on it. I almost denied her of pushing this small cart but since Duncan's car seat takes up my shopping cart I let her. I am so glad I did. This just put the biggest smile on her face. She still talks about it and asks if this is where we are going to shop.

She took little minions for her Valentine treat to her preschool class. We were glad Twinkies came back.

Lucy sometimes goes to work with Quincy. One day it must of been pretty boring or her daddy worked her to death and she crashed on the desk while drawing.

Lucy is constantly all over Duncan. I even had to make her a behavior chart where she would get a sticker every hour she didn't bother him. It actually really helped. She loves to play with his toes and fingers. We have to remind her that they are attached and we want them to stay that way.

Lucy has the best daddy ever. He comes to all of her tea parties and he reads her books every night before bed.

We love our Lucy Locket!
